Training for the staff of the Ombudsman Institute

On November 4 and 5, a training for the staff of the Ombudsman Institute on the topic "Methodology for monitoring human rights observance" takes place By the Institute of Akyykatchy (Ombudsman) Of the Kyrgyz Republic, with special features in a state of emergency".

The experts are the Chairman of the Coordinating Council of the Coalition against Torture in the Kyrgyz Republic Ulugbek Azimov and Gulshayyr Abdirasulova, Director of the “Kylym Shamy” Foundation.

The training is conducted in order to increase the capacity of the staff of the Ombudsman Institute on human rights monitoring, including monitoring of closed penitentiary institutions and monitoring of judicial processes.
